This share house is located near three large parks (Matsuyama Central Park is a 2-minute walk, Tomogaoka Park is a 2-minute walk, and Nishi-no-Tsutsumiike Park is a 6-minute walk), making it easy to go for a walk or a run.

Of course, you will have an interview with the landlord before moving in. This is to determine whether you are able to live together with the landlord. Also, pets are not allowed.
If you apply directly to the house, you do not need to pay a deposit or key money. If the first time you apply is through a real estate agent, you will be required to pay according to the agent's rules. There is no renewal fee.
Please pay the following month's rent by bank transfer by the 25th of the month. We do not accept cash payments. Therefore, when you first move in, you will need two months' rent. The rent will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the first time only.
Yes, if you are absent for 15 days or more of the month, we will reduce your utility bills by half, and if you are absent for the entire month, we will reduce your utility bills by the full amount.
Since it's a shared house, there are of course rules. You'll have to read the rulebook for details, but they are pretty general. For example,
- No noise after 10pm
- Clean the toilet bowl immediately if you make a mess
- Clean the bathtub immediately after using bath

- Family members are only allowed to stay one night a week
- Friends must leave by 8pm
